YIN yoga is a practice of stretching connective tissues based on Chinese medicine and finding inner peace. Relax or rejuvenate easily after an active day. It also reduces stress and restlessness.
During the hour, we breathe, release tension, and find calm. It awakens the parasympathetic nervous system, which alleviates stress and performance pressure. During the session, there is an opportunity to achieve tranquility and inner peace, and to increase mindful presence.
Come and experience the warm atmosphere of a magnificent historic log building during your visit to Koli. No prior experience is needed. Suitable for everyone, including men!
