Gentle Steam of Savukka Smoke Sauna in Loma-Koli

Public sauna session in Savukka during the autumn Holiday week on Wed 14.10. and Sat 17.10. From 3:00 PM! There's enough warmth until Evening.

This Smoke Sauna has allowed bathers to enjoy its steam for almost 200 years, as the Smoke Sauna dates back to 1834. The sauna has been in its current Location for over 30 years. Come and experience the steam of a traditional Smoke Sauna on the shore of Käränkälammi. From the sauna, it's possible to dip into the refreshing water for a swim.

Price: 20,00 €/Person, free for children under 13 years old
Location: The Smoke Sauna is located on the eastern shore of Käränkälammi. Car parking at the parking lot at the end of Merilänrannantie, Address Merilänrannantie 68, 83960 Koli. From the parking lot, there is a signpost "Saunapolku" down to the beach. The path starts from the south end of the parking lot, i.e. from the village-side corner.
More information: The sauna can accommodate approximately 15 - 20 Persons at a time. Please bring your own towel and swimwear. The sauna has separate changing rooms for women and men. The Smoke Sauna does not have running water; instead, warm water is provided in a pot for washing. Please do not use detergents when swimming in the pond.
