This high-quality and spacious holiday villa is located in the popular Loma-Koli cottage area, only about 200 meters from the shore of Lake Pielinen. The villa offers ample space and amenities for a larger family, a group of friends, or for meeting use. The building was completed in 1990, and its spatial solutions are designed for smooth holidaymaking.

Three floors of space and functionality

Middle Floor
The middle floor features a large and bright living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 12 people. This floor has two bedrooms (both with 2 single beds), a bathroom-WC, and a separate WC.

Upstairs
The upstairs has three bedrooms: two rooms, each with 3 single beds and a private balcony, and one room with 2 single beds. Additionally, the upstairs has a bathroom-WC. The balconies offer views towards Lake Pielinen.

Lowest Floor
The lowest floor features a cozy fireplace room, one bedroom (2 single beds), an always-ready electric sauna, a bathroom with a hot tub, a changing room, two WCs, and access to the terrace.

The villa has an air source heat pump on both the middle and lower floors. All beds are separate and can be easily combined as needed.
