Laughter Yoga on Saturday 29.8.2026 at 4:00 PM at Koli Community Hall

Laughter Yoga is a great relaxation exercise! Even a short burst of laughter brings well-being, pleasure, and joy. Regular laughter improves quality of life: laughing reduces stress, produces feel-good hormones, boosts heart function, and lowers blood pressure. It is an effective aerobic exercise for the heart and core muscles and also enhances breathing.

Laughter Yoga combines laughter and deep breathing exercises. A Laughter Yoga session includes warm-ups, laughter exercises, deep breaths, and finally relaxation. The beneficial effect of laughter is immediately apparent and lasts for days!
