The ceremony leader guides the discussion on the agreed theme in a relaxed, compassionate, and positive manner, not forgetting gentle drumming by the warmth of the campfire. The event takes place at Mattila's atmospheric courtyard fire pit.

Participants are offered special tea with a savory and a sweet pastry. Sausage grilling also fits perfectly with the rite of passage and ceremony; other catering options are also available by arrangement.
