From the granary cabin, the morning path can lead through the forest to Lake Pielinen for a morning swim or fishing, or you can go for breakfast at the cottage table, where fresh coffee and Karelian pies are already fragrant! To the sandy beach of Lake Pielinen, where your own rowboat and lean-to shelter are available, it's about 1.7 km along a forest path, or about 4 km by car. The cabin has a refrigerator and electric heating. A grill hut is available in the courtyard.
